Return Instructions
To return an unopened box of products, simply write REFUSE-RETURN TO SENDER on the package and give back to the postal service.
Otherwise please follow these instructions:
- Place any unopened* NorthStar Nutritionals bottles you wish to return in a box.
- Insert a note with your full name and email address so your account can be located.
- Write the following on the front of the box:

Arrange for the box to be shipped with a postal carrier like UPS, Fed-Ex, or the USPS.
Please allow 14-21 business days for any refunds to be processed.
