QUESTION: What are the dosage requirements?
ANSWER:
Each supplement will have different dosages, which are included on the label for each product. Customers are asked to follow label instructions unless otherwise directed by their physician.

QUESTION: Does the company offer bulk or lot discount pricing for buying levels?

QUESTION: What should I do when the package or seals are broken?
ANSWER:
Should your package arrive damaged or tampered with, do not take the supplements. Simply fill out the return form included in your purchase and enter a reason for each item being returned and enclose the return form with your merchandise. Affix the pre-addressed return shipping label, located on reverse side of the packing slip, on a securely packaged carton. Please call us at 1-800-913-2592 or 443-353-4354 if you have any questions. We will be happy to replace it for you.

QUESTION: Can I return the unused portion of the product if I am not satisfied?
ANSWER:
Yes. You may return the unused portion of the product AT ANY TIME, for any reason. You will be refunded the cost minus shipping charges. Simply fill out the return form included in your package and enter a reason for each item being returned and enclose the return form with your merchandise. QUESTION: Should I check with my doctor before I take these nutrients?

QUESTION: If I eat properly, do I need to take vitamins?

QUESTION: When is the best time to take supplements? Can they be taken together?

QUESTION: Why can't I take one pill a day to get everything I need?
ANSWER: Although many companies might try to convince you that you can get a whole day's worth of vitamins in one tablet, in reality that's not possible. Think of all the vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, herbs and other components that can make you healthier, and you'll realize there is no way to fit them into one tablet. There is also a finite amount of nutrients that can be absorbed at once, which is why many of our products are designed to be taken more than once a day

QUESTION: Why is there a lead warning on the RegeneCell label?
ANSWER:
You may see the following label on our product(s). PROPOSITION 65 WARNING: This product contains lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer and/or birth defects or other reproductive harm. In the State of California there exists what is referred to as "Proposition 65". Proposition 65 is the California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986. Any company that operates in California, sells products in California, or manufactures products that may be sold in or brought into California is subject to Proposition 65. Since our products are sold in California, Proposition 65 applies to us.

Proposition 65 requires warning labels on any product that may contain any of 600-plus elements that the California Air Resources Board considers a carcinogen or a reproductive toxicant. These elements include lead, brass, PVC and a multitude of other everyday elements.

Many of the elements listed under Proposition 65 are common everyday items. Including naturally occurring elements such as lead, that often exist in trace amounts in nutritional ingredients as a result of the soil where they are grown. The list of elements keeps changing and is periodically updated. Elements are added to the list, some elements are removed. It is excessively difficult to keep track of the changing list of elements.

There are penalties for not complying with Proposition 65. Failure to label products may result in a civil penalty of $2500 per day. If a company's product is sold or is purchased outside the Sate of California and brought into California, the company may still be found in violation.

Various trade organizations have issued notices to manufacturers warning of Proposition 65 and its implications. Included in the warnings were suggested methods of protection from Proposition 65 litigation and violations. Protection requires warning consumers about the possibility of dangers from products. A warning label as the one we use is considered to comply with warning consumers.

The label does not necessarily indicate our products will cause you to contract cancer or reproductive harm if used as designed.

EXPRESS SHIPPING: Express shipping orders placed online will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. Customers anywhere in the U.S should receive their order within 4 business days - guaranteed. Express Shipping is available for Auto-Delivery Service orders -- it will be applied to your first shipment only. We’re sorry, but Express Shipping is not available to Canada or other countries at this time. Express Shipping is also unavailable to P.O. Boxes in any county.

STANDARD SHIPPING: Orders placed online are processed within 3 business days via USPS Priority Mail. Orders should arrive within 5-10 business days. (Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam can take 10-20 days with Standard Shipping.)
