I swear, you can’t even turn your darned back for a SECOND in this business.
Because the moment you do…
The moment you let your guard down…
The moment you think nothing could possibly go wrong now…
That’s EXACTLY when they stick it to ya!
A staggering new report shows how the mainstream medical industry has been PROTECTING itself… by EXPLOITING this year of “crisis.”
Right when we NEED doctors to be at their absolute level BEST… actions that help ensure they behave have been CUT BACK!
Fortunately, there are steps you can take to ensure you or your loved ones are NEVER victimized by malpractice.
How they’re HIDING docs who shouldn’t be in business
Hey, I get it. We’re in crisis mode.
All hands on deck!
But you want those hands to be COMPETENT at the very least…
And that might not be what you get, as the new report shows disciplinary actions against docs have DROPPED dramatically this year, including the most important action of all…
The “emergency” action against a license.
That’s when a doc does something so egregious… often something dangerous, or wildly unethical… that the medical boards decide to DITCH THE usual years-long review process and take fast action instead.
When compared to the same time period last year:
- Emergency license suspensions/restrictions dropped 85% in April alone
- Emergency actions against doctors were down 59% from April through June
This ISN’T because docs are magically on their best behavior.
And it’s not because the BAD ones are finally gone… and only GOOD ones are left.
These nincompoops are still out there. But they’re NOT getting their licenses yanked.
Now, before I go any further, let me be clear about something…
The VAST majority of docs are good, honest, decent people who work hard and – despite the reputation – aren’t exactly raking in the big bucks.
And pity the young ones: They leave medical school with a stethoscope, a pat on the back, and close to $250,000 in debt.
This is NOT about them.
But this is a nation with 950,000 doctors. That’s more than the populations of Alaska, Wyoming, Vermont, and both Dakotas.
And they’re not ALL good eggs.
Here’s what you can do for now.
Before any appointment… especially with a doctor you’re not familiar with… hit Google and type on “Doc Info.”
It should take you to a website that lets you type in your state and any doctor’s name to see what, if any, disciplinary actions are on record.
It’s not perfect, because it won’t let you see what’s pending or awaiting action or anything like that.
But bear in mind that MOST bad docs don’t lose their license all of a sudden… but usually have some kinda rap sheet leading up to it.
And THAT part of the paper trail might already be in place.
Checking it out online could give you an inkling of what’s REALLY going on behind the scenes… so you can make the BEST possible choice about who’s entrusted with your medical care.

Dr. Allan Spreen
