The American public is absolutely FED UP with years of nauseating diet advice.

QUIT this… GIVE UP that… and don’t you DARE try to have a meal you’ll actually enjoy.

If you wanna live longer… you have to practically eat like a monk.

Well, friend, a growing number of Americans are waking up to the fact that you CAN have it both ways.

You can live the GOOD lifeand live LONGER, too!

So now, the mainstream is taking a different tact…

Trying to FORCE the same diet of bland, tasteless, and unfulfilling foods on us… but with a different name.

And they falsely claim it’s a matter of life or death.

The RIGHT diet for a LONGER life

This new study puts the low-carb diet to the test against low-fat and found… well… nothing.

NO DIFFERENCE in how long anyone survives.

On the face of it, the lesson seems to be THIS…

It doesn’t matter WHAT you do, you’ll DIE just the same.

But then… they started subtracting the one and carrying the two and pushing all the numbers around… well… you know the drill.

You can Gitmo those poor numbers… and eventually they’ll SCREAM whatever you want them to do.

After they made these “statistical adjustments,” they “discovered” that the real key is… you guessed it… cutting out animal proteins.

Supposedly, low-fat or low-carb, either one doesn’t matter as long as you LIMIT meat and dairy.

They say that cutting back on animal proteins on either diet will cut your risk of death from everything by about 10%.

I always gotta laugh at least a little when I hear the phrase “all-cause mortality,” which is what they’re talking about here.

I’ve been at this game longer than I’d care to admit… and I’ve NEVER heard of a diet, drug, or vitamin that can prevent ALL death.

Sooner or later, SOMETHING’S gonna get ya!

That’s why it’s more IMPRESSIVE to hear, for example, that doing this-or-that will cut the risk of heart disease… or diabetes… or cancer.

THAT’S where I base my real decisions. And when it comes to those specifics, there’s really only ONE diet that’s gonna deliver on those promises.

I’ve got my money on the low-carb diet – a.k.a. the one the lets you have the steak, eggs, and cheese.

NOT the one where you’re stuck with peas and leaves!

Here are 3 reasons why:

  1. It’s your best hope of AVOIDING diabetes if you don’t have it… and CONTROLLING or REVERSING it if you do… because eating carbs leads to sugar in the blood.
  2. Choking off that sugar supply can stop cancer from forming and STARVE tumors in-the-making. And if you already have cancer, it can help make treatment more effective.
