RETURNS
Need
to return a product? Follow the easy steps outlined below to expedite a refund
or replacement.
1. Call Customer Service at
1-800-913-2592 and request a Return Authorization
Number.
2. Give the Customer Service Representative
(CSR) your Name, Customer Number, Order Number, and the Name or Number of the product you
are returning. All these items appear on your packing
slip.
3. Don't have your packing slip? No problem!
Although it may take a few minutes longer, give the CSR your ZIP code and last name and the
other information will be retrieved from our
database.
4. The CSR will give you a Return
Authorization Number. Write this number on the return label provided to you on
your packing
slip. If you cannot find the packing slip return label, be sure to write the
Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package you are returning. This will
expedite processing of the return.
5. If possible,
enclose a copy of your packing slip with the returned product.
6. Affix the return label to the package or address the
package to: NorthStar Nutritionals Distribution Center - Phoenix 2 Fulfillment
Center, 99 Beaver Brook Rd, Lincoln Park, NJ 07035.
